Cancellation Charges

Cancellations are subject to charges based on the time of cancellation relative to the check-in date:
• More than 7 days before the date of arrival:
  30% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  Refundable: 70%
• Within 7 days but more than 2 days before the date of arrival:
  50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  Refundable: 50%
• Within 2 days of the date of arrival (including the day before and the arrival date):
  No refund will be issued.
  Refundable: 0%

How to Cancel Your Booking

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be confirmed via email or phone to be processed.

Refund Process
